When you make a reservation with Avalon Adventure Travel, your contract is finalized once you receive the booking confirmation after fulfilling the required conditions (information, payment, etc.).
Published prices may vary by season, availability, or unforeseen changes. We reserve the right to modify rates.
Payments may require a deposit or full payment prior to service delivery. Accepted payment methods will be indicated at the time of booking.
If payment is not made within the established timeframe, your reservation may be canceled without liability on our part.
4. Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policy
Due to the nature of tourism services (accommodation, transportation, guides, land or sea activities), the specific conditions applicable at the time of booking will apply (including cancellation deadlines, change fees, or refunds).
In general, changes requested by the customer after confirmation may be subject to additional charges or the non-refundability of certain amounts already paid.
We are committed to clearly informing you of the applicable deadlines and conditions for each service.
5. Warranties, Liability, and Limitation
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that contracted services are provided as advertised. However, certain circumstances may be beyond our control (weather, force majeure, third-party providers). In such cases, we will make our best effort to offer an appropriate solution.
Under no circumstances shall Avalon Adventure Travel be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal damages beyond what is permitted by law.
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount actually received for the service in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unless expressly authorized in writing, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is not permitted.
